Talk, listen, scope.
A 30–45 minute call to understand the business, the audience, the goals, and what success looks like. We write a short brief and fixed price before a single pixel is pushed.
02 / Design
Show, don't tell.
We move straight to high-fidelity design in the browser so you see the real thing, not a Figma mock-up. Two rounds of feedback included — we iterate until it feels right.
03 / Build
Hand-built, not assembled.
Clean, semantic HTML/CSS/JS. Optimised images. Accessibility checks. Open Graph previews. Proper meta. All the small things that compound into a site that actually performs.
04 / Launch
Ship, hand over, look after.
Deploy to Netlify, point the domain, hand you the keys. We stick around with an optional monthly plan so the site stays sharp long after launch day.

How long does a project take?
A brochure site like Rennas runs 3–5 weeks from brief to launch. More involved builds (bookings, menu systems, light e-commerce) run 6–10 weeks. You'll get a realistic, fixed timeline in the kickoff brief before any work begins.
What does it cost?
Hand-built single-page sites start from £500. Multi-page and more involved builds are quoted per project after the first call. The price is fixed in writing before a single line of code is written — no surprise invoices, no scope-creep charges.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
Yes. We can wire in a lightweight content layer so you can update text, menus, and images without touching code. Prefer to hand that off? Our monthly retainer covers content updates, small design tweaks, and keeping everything live.
Who owns the site and the code?
You do. Every line of code, the domain, the hosting account, the design files. We hand over full access at launch. No lock-in, no walled garden, nothing you can't walk away with.
Do you only work with restaurants?
No — hospitality is a sweet spot, but we also work with independent retailers, studios, and founder-led service businesses. If you care about craft and want a site that reflects it, we'd love to talk.
